It's great base for sightseeing and exploring Provincetown. Kudos to manager. We appreciated sitting on the little balcony. This property is in a GOOD location. There was a cafe bar.

Its right at the monkey bar with nice drinks and cocktails. Plus, Wi Fi in all rooms was really handy. It was worth its 2 stars...

I liked the shared bathroom. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. I would return there when visiting Provincetown...
